Sweet surprise, Larry. Can’t wait to read where it leads!

Continued my children’s story about Julia and the space girl from the planet Marengo!
Wrote for an hour…
Great progress, Rose! I’ll have to tell you about my interplanetary experience when I see you Tuesday. Maybe Marengo isn’t too far fetched??
Hi All!
I’ve managed 128 words this evening. It’s been a crazy weekend, as you’ll read if you’re up for it. I’ve been attempting 100 words a day on Medium, so here’s the link. https://medium.com/@dawnengler/house-showings-26f4ec43f3f6
Demi’s challenge pushed me to further get done~
a. sticking with 100 words a day
b. starting my “packing to move e-book!”
Great post, Dawn! Sooo not jealous of moving though. My cats would not do well with all those house showings… or the crates. Looking forward to tomorrow’s adventures!
Hi Demi. I worked on my blog post that will be sent out Tuesday morning. I worked for about 30 minutes until I was happy with it. The word count was 224.
Woo hoo! I love having things done ahead of deadline!

I know I am checking in late, but I had papers to grade…writing of a whole different sort!
253 words in 40 minutes.
The muse knows no clock! Write away, fearless teacher!
Forgot to check in before midnight: 1020 words today on novel due to editor on 5-15. Hope to make a bigger dent in word count tomorrow.
Ah well, necessity is the mother of… big word counts! You’ve got 8 days left to hit your goal, and I know for a fact you’re UNSTOPPABLE.
Good job, Demi! You cheer everyone else on!!
Thanks, Laurie. There’s always a fear during this challenge that I won’t be able to write to hold up my end of the bargain. Something akin to “imposter syndrome” 🙂
Wrote for 15 minutes and have 468 words. Lots of jumbles, misspelled words, but beginning of thought! Like the challenge!
Yes, that’s free writing at its best! High word count, short time commitment. Gets the logical mind out of the way for the creative mind to shine through!
Want to pipe in at the end if day 1 and say wow! Great group of acheivers here! Way to go
Hi Demi, still editing and plugging through Chapter 8 (Sunday). No official word count to tally. I’ll try to be more accurate today (Monday) I’m always running late!)
😉
Cheers!
Incremental progress adds up to exponential change… Go, girl! You got this!
